We are looking for dedicated hard working Business Office Manager’s in one of our Nursing facilities. Healthcare is the industry to be in, come grow with us.

Business Office Manager 

Hours: Full-time

Essential Functions:

  • Oversees the Business Office at one of our assigned facilities in the company. 
  • Supervises the collection of accounts receivable and past due accounts, with the goal of reduction and/or maintenance of DSO at company expectations at assigned facilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
  • Ensuring strong cash flow is achieved and maintained. 
  • Ensuring patient's having third-party insurance coverage are verified, notified of insurance limits, required deductibles, co-insurance amounts and their overall liability. 
  • Ability to identify specific payer A/R problems offering exact causes, direction, and resolution avenues. 
  • Experience in the billing role of a nursing home is required. 
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Hospice.
  • Reviews the reconciliation of resident trust accounts and petty cash. 
  • Solid leadership and relationship/team building skills- prior leadership/supervisor experience strongly preferred.
  • PCC knowledge preferred.
  • Organizes, evaluates and monitors business office operations to ensure these functions are performed effectively and efficiently. 
  • Ability to be flexible in work hours. 
  • Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of Business Office Manager experience in Long Term Care (LTC)/ SNF
  • Experience in the billing role of a nursing home is required. 
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Hospice. 
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree from accredited college with specialization in business or accounting is preferred, not required. 
  • Solid leadership and relationship/team building skills- prior leadership/supervisor experience strongly preferred 
  • PCC knowledge preferred
