Title: Business Analyst/ Entry Level Location: Nashville TN Compensation: $28.00 hr. - $30.00 hr. 1 yr. Contract Position Working Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 8 am - 5 pm Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced entry level Business Analyst for one of our top clients in Nashville TN. As a Business Analyst placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client's accounting and finance team. Primary responsibilities will include the following; About the company: Our client is a gobal leader in the manufacturing of auto products in vast quantity all over the world, with more than 50 production facilities and 55,000 employees throughout the Americas. With an international footprint including manufacturing and sales subsidiaries located in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico, with additional offices throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.Our client is well respected in teh community and continues to thrive and grow.   Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in the following; Statistics/Math/Engineering/Finance
  • 3-4 yrs of experience in Business Analysis 
  • Experience with data management and storage SQL or Power BI preferred
  • Experience with Business Analytics SoftwareTableau is a must
  • Comprehensive knowledge of: MS Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills – including oral, written & presentation
  • Detailed analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and technical aptitude
  • Spanish is plus.
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to complete tasks

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business analytics support to the regional and local teams.
    • Manage data business storage and updates related to production, products and sales
    • Create business dashboards to support the executive and regional teams.
    • Manage all data reporting for regional directors
    • Prepare and present reports.
    • Process improvements
    • Assist on eliminating manual reports from the local teams.
    • Assist with data management for the budget process.
  • Provide Sales FCT creation/Demand Planning support to the regional and local teams.
    •  Provide support by managing the monthly IBP process.
    • Support local teams by creating reporting and analytics tools to improve FCT KPI’s.
    • Provide support developing statistical models for industry demand
