The Project:
The client is a global firm in the corporate real estate and finance industry. They have a large portfolio of capital projects reaching close to $4bn annually. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a PMO team on a large client account that is changing the landscape of how we approach portfolio, program, and project management.

Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Supporting in creating change management and training materials, coordinating the global supply chain, developing a global rollout plan, and gathering requirements in developing an employee-facing app.
- Assisting in defining and collecting requirements for a new platform that will serve as a single pane of glass for all GRE data.
- Data visualization/BI requirements: As needed, assist the D&C team in defining data visualization and BI requirements.
- Managing a team of 2-3 internal data analysts.
- Working closely with engineering, project teams, data analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that technical requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Analysing existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Generating reports and presentations to communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
- Overall, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
You'll Need To Have:
- Strong technical background that enables understanding complex projects.
- Experience with defining program goals, creating detailed program plans, and coordinating with various teams.
- Ability to develop executive-level reports for leadership.
- Experience in data/BI role with a background in design, development, and support of BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI service, Power Query, DAX.
- Ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Experience working with a delivery team responsible for the quality of the solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently yet open and collaborative.
You'll Also Have:
- Experience using core Azure technologies.
- Experience with ML/AI, Python, Spark, TSQL.
- Experience with common enterprise software platforms including HCM and ERP.
- Previous experience in the construction sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Direct line management experience.
- Experience managing a team of technical IT specialists.
- Experience with offshore delivery models.
