Job Description

Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job
  • Ensures high level of customer satisfaction and organic business growth by working as the conduit between customers, sales teams and across the  organization.
  • Collaborates with the sales teams and the customers to understand/support their needs, facilitates customer related projects to continuously improve service.
Responsibilities
  • Actively contributes to the implementation of market-oriented and project-related activities in support of business objectives and of customer requirements
  • Provides information and documentation to customers with a high degree of focus on quality and consistency
  • Maintains and updates customer price list.
  • Develops low buying accounts and  potential accounts through internal sales activity
  • Supports Sales Manager and the regional marketing team in identifying and organizing local events (seminars/conferences/exhibitions) and co-ordinate these locally.
  • Reviews local requirements for communication/promotional material and plan/purchase accordingly.
  • CRM / ERP Champion support
  • Provides support to the external sales team in contract management matters.
  • Participates in business review, both internally and with the customer, to ensure total commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Supports supply chain in stock optimization, proactively puts in place active selling actions, and solve logistics issues.
  • Supports the Sales teams in CRM sales pipeline management to achieve the target and give proper input to IBP cycle.
  • Acts as point of contact between internal teams and the customer
  • Provides accurate sales analysis and sales statistics to the sales organization. Analyses sales statistics and evaluates customer trend
  • Receives, reviews and responds to (or escalates) the various  requirements coming from the customers, and acts as first-line helpdesk actively contributing to solution creation.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing and Technical teams to ensure that customer and market needs are communicated internally.
  • Makes proposals for improvements on work processes.
  • Adheres to all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct/HS&E standards and acts in compliance with all regulations
Job Requirement
  • Education, diplomas and professional permits
  • High school / University degree
  • Experience in customer service department / facing customers
  • Very good English
  • Ms Office
