Seeking a Junior Level Or Senior Level Director of Nursing or Nurse who wants to become a DON
Are you an experienced and compassionate nursing leader ready to make a significant impact in senior living? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing with a Wisconsin RN license to guide and inspire our dedicated team at our intimate community senior living campus. In this pivotal role, you'll be in an administrative role to oversee and nursing practices, and help create a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspire Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support our nursing staff through hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of care and safety by ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate & Enhance: Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Monitor Outcomes: Evaluate patient outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Build Community: Cultivate strong, respectful relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Strategic Input: Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to drive the success and growth of our organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Proven Experience: Background in hospice care, nursing administration, and shift management in settings such as nursing homes, home health, or assisted living.
- Exceptional Leadership: Strong skills in motivating and guiding a team with empathy and vision.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively for efficient management.
- Problem Solver: Proactive approach to challenges with excellent decision-making abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in electronic medical record systems for accurate documentation.
