Position: IT Systems Administrator- MicroSoft Desktop Support

Location: Lawrenceville, GA - 100% On-Site job, No remote work

Duration: 12+ months contract

Functional Summary:

The IT Systems Administrator creates a positive customer service experience and builds strong customer relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communication promptly on progress, and handling customers with an exceptionally professional attitude.

The IT Systems Administrator supports back-end operations for the architecture and imaging team to help streamline and secure our endpoint devices.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience working with Microsoft EndPoint Manager

5+ yers of experience working with Microsoft Azure and 365 Admin portal

3+ years of Microsoft 365 Apps for Business deployments.

Must be reliable and consistent in job performance.

Must have an undrstanding and working knowledge of ITIL

Must have strong critical thinking skills, customer service and can-do attitude.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Vital in identifying, reserching and resolving comples technical issues.

Proficiency in resolving end-user software application, PC and web browser errors

Education:

A college degree in a technical subject such as Information Technology or equivalent experience.

Certifications:

Microsoft MD-100, MD 101, MS-100,MS-101
