Qualification testing of assembled spectrometer units. Knowledge of using test application softwares, Microsoft Office utilities, power supplies, light sources, test equipment; including multimeters, oscilloscope, function generators etc. Team communication is a must for achieving weekly production demands.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operating and testing of OEM optics products using opto-mechanical, electronic hardware and software tools.

• Validating quality control tests for optical products.

• Provide assistance to manufacturing team.

• Provide assistance to Service Department including troubleshooting OEM products.

• Use of Intercompany Database Software for production and service transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Associate in Engineering required.

• Knowledge of handling optics, electronics and mechanical parts.

• Ability to read and follow test instructions for OEM products.

• Ability to use hand tools for assembly and soldering irons.

• Proficient PC knowledge, hardware and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Must be a team player
