Derived Salary: $80K - $130K/Year
Project Manager

Equipment supplier & contractor is hiring a Project Manager to handle the life cycle of the project and work alongside with project engineers, field resources, material vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining job records and files

- Scheduling employees for projects

- Coordinating material and equipment deliveries

- Reporting to team on project progress/status

- Conducting site visits to assure site readiness and resolve any issues with general contractors

- Coordinating with superintendent to assure that the project meets profitability targets

- Reviewing timesheets and expense reports weekly

- Reviewing all project costs monthly

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a similar field

- 2+ years of project management experience in construction

- Experience working with detention centers or similar

- PMP certification preferred
