We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to identify new prospects and to create and maintain customer accounts from start to finish, knowing that relationship-building never ends. The bulk of prospecting will be done through strategic outreach, in conjunction with the other 4 staff housed out of the West Des Moines office. This local office is one of 12 in the Midwest, and one of over 200 nation-wide. It has the feel of a small, family-owned company (because it is!) with all of the advantages of a national organization - ongoing training and development opportunities, 3 different career paths for Inside Sales Consultants, a mentoring program for those newer into the role, and an infinite commission opportunity for all!
The ideal candidate will have a background in inside sales, preferably one where a portion of pay was based on performance. We are looking for at least 2 years experience in inside sales, customer service in a traditional office environment, recruiting, staffing, finance, or a similar position where an outgoing personality and optimistic outlook served the well!
