Loss Prevention Associate Analyst jobs require candidates to:
  • Primary point of contact responding to stores, corporate or field requests via phone or e-mail.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the core functions of the Crisis Management Program including answering incoming phone calls, video review and provide security deployment on an incident by incident basis
  • Triage, track and communicate threat/crisis incidents to the appropriate audiences, in partnership with the Senior Analyst.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with field and corporate partners to identify and resolve all potential risks.
  • Primary responder for alarm activations, monitor and review CCTV to confirm any interior/exterior issues and ensure resolution.
  • Identify and communicate alarm activations, remote monitoring, store and field engagement to ensure safe and secure environment as well as creating work orders for any known issues.
  •  
    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Loss Prevention Associate Analyst jobs:
  • BA degree or greater is desired, preferably in Criminal Justice, Finance, or Business.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in and knowledge of computer software including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems.
  • Self-motivated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality concerning all information and projects.
