Role: Customer Service Representative

Duration: 6+ month contract

Location: Denver, CO - Currently remote, but must be willing to be on site once the company starts to return to the office

Apex is assisting our client who is looking to add talented customer service minded professionals to their Customer Support team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive customer service experience for clients
  • Assist clients while troubleshooting issues
  • Answer inbound phone calls from clients
  • Work through client cases and close out support tickets

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Technical aptitude- ability to solve problems and create solutions independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills- written and verbal
  • Experience working with Outlook, Salesforce or other CRM’s is preferred
