The Studio at Situation Group crafts award-winning work for the world’s leading entertainment, education, and mission-driven brands. The Studio seeks a Project Management Supervisor to lead a team of production designers and a proofreader, ensuring timely project success within cost and quality requirements. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the role involves delegating tasks, setting priorities, troubleshooting, and other production jobs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, and ambiguity management skills. What You’ll Do The Production Management Supervisor will manage a production team of design and copy experts to execute a high volume of projects on-time and within budget. A large part of this role is to ensure projects are routed through the proper workflow while having an overarching understanding of both agency and client business goals. Our office is located in midtown Manhattan, and we are currently working in-office three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities Schedule, prioritize, and manage a high volume of full-service projects to support our clients in the arts, entertainment, nonprofit and higher education space. Collaborate with internal and external teams to define project scope, resource requirements, and cost estimates. Identify resource requirements and potential gaps in advance by managing a long-term planning schedule with the Project Management Team. Troubleshoot procedures and workflows to meet deadlines; recommend improvements to current systems and workflow effectiveness. Requirements 5-7 years of project management experience in digital and traditional media, preferably in an advertising/marketing agency. Proficient in communication (verbal and written), organization, and design software (Adobe Creative Cloud). Strong team player with professional communication skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven leadership skills in motivating diverse teams and fast-paced environments. Experienced in project management software (Advantage, Asana, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.). Proficiency in print production for projects including but not limited to out-of-home, direct mail, traditional publication placements Comprehensive understanding of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and paid media. Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
