We anticipate the need for one or more Temporary Helper(s) located at our Ser v ice Center La Crosse, Wisconsin, The starting pay rate for this position is $24.27hourly. This position will be posted for 15 working days from January 26, to February 152022 . Candidate skills and qualifications will be evaluated and, in conformity to union contract, appropriate placement will be offered to a successful candidate.

The person(s) selected for this position may work through November 20 22 based on the current union contract. The scheduled working h ours for this po s ition are b etween t h e hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. This is a temporary, limited benefit position.

**Summa r y**

This po s ition is r e sponsible for Department of Transportation (DOT) natural gas compliance work, to include, surveys walking and atmospheric corrosion surveys, and painting of new or existing gas risers, gas meters or other gas facilities. Assisting with maintenance, installation and repair of gas facilities. Occasional heavier labor assisting gas crews.

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school graduate or equivalent

* Valid driver's license

* Must be willing to travel and work away from home

* Will be required to work overtime as necessary

* Must be committed to working safely and compliance with all company safety rules

* Must be able to walk in varying types of terrain

**Preferred**

* Basic computer literacy

* Knowledge of gas systems

* SAP experience/knowledge

* Previous experience with gas surveys
