Compensation: $45000.00 to $550000.00 yearly

• Participate in recruitment efforts: post jobs, organize resumes, schedule interviews
• Collect employment, tax information and ensure completion of background and reference checks
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation and enrollment
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation and payroll set up for new employees
• Assist in processing payroll
• Ensure vacation and sick time are tracked properly
• Act as liaison to payroll, benefits and compliance service providers
• Maintain and update HR files and databases
• Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
• Perform payroll/benefit-related reconciliations; assist with audits
• Complete termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
• Assist in organizing team building events, job fairs, and other projects as needed

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1-year HR related work experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a must)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work well in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter able to take direction and work independently
