Occupational Therapist PRN Outpatient
Occupational Therapist (OTR) - PRN position in the Rehab Unit (Outpatient) at Lutheran Health Network - Lutheran Hospital
* Hours: flexible, varied, but ideally works in the afternoons (until 6:30p) 2x/week!
* Plenty of hours to pick up! Flexible schedule to as many hours as you need (up to full time).
* Patient population - primarily adults, but also works with peds.

JOB SUMMARY:
An Occupational Therapist (OT) is a qualified professional who provides functional assessment of learning and performance skills and the analysis, selection, and adaptation of exercises or equipment for a person whose abilities to perform the requirements of daily living are threatened or impaired by physical injury or disease, mental illness, a developmental deficit, the aging process, or a learning disability
The OT directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician
The OT supervises the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in clinical treatment.
MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Licensure: Current Licensure as an Occupational Therapist issued by the Health Professions Bureau of Indiana.
Registration/Certification: BLS CPR completion within 30 days of hire and remain current throughout employment.
Education: Requires completion of a bachelor's degree program of study in Occupational Therapist from an accredited school or equivalent
