~ A DAY IN YOUR LIFE ~
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase our PEO sales
You will be expected to create, implement, and maintain a strategic plan for all fundraising and development activities for the company and uphold the mission and values established by the organization
The Business Development Managers Responsibilities: Develops strategies for establishing partnerships and business relationships
Effectively articulate, verbally and in writing, Microgrants history, mission, vision, and programs to obtain and retain new clients
Drive the growth of gross and net revenues with internal departments and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models
Seeks out and research prospective projects through making phone calls, traveling, attending conferences, and utilizing the Internet
Oversee the implementation of a comprehensive foundation marketing program including direct mail, electronic and web-based strategies
Analyze the existing database and develop specific strategies to increase engagement
