JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Scheduling Coordinator  

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A REAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY, NOT JUST A JOB!  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated Scheduling Coordinator. The role of Scheduling Coordinator is it to maintain the work schedules for Pink Energy's installation crews.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO:  

  • Provide scheduling support to the Production Team in areas such as research, record keeping, file management, and data entry.  
  • Utilize professional decision-making skills in the absence when receiving concerns or working to resolve issues.  
  • Manage Scheduling for install teams   
  • Maintain communications with mangers and technicians in the field  
  • Contact customers regarding scheduled service appointments  
  • Help resolve any issues in a timely manner.   
  • All other duties as assigned.  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High School Graduate or equivalent  
  • Minimum of 2 years prior Administrative Experience  
  • Customer service experience   
  • Ability to multi-task and handle confidential information  
  • Computer literate (Google, Excel)
