We are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineering Principal for our Arlington, Virginia office. This dynamic individual needs to be engaged with clients and the engineering community, both locally and regionally. This person will represent HDR in the engineering community, participate in speaking engagements, and author white papers and technical publications. They will participate in project interviews, contribute to proposal language, and assemble fees. They should be a person who can leverage their network to identify project opportunities.

This individual needs to be a conceptual thinker who can engage and challenge our architectural designers during the early stages of projects to inform the conceptual design. They will leverage our integrated practice to add value to our project delivery process and lead engineering teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-qua
