Take and transcribe notes for C-suite executives
Attend all required Executive level leadership calls and meeting, take detailed notes
Review, transcribe and draft post meeting/call summaries, ensuring all information is included
Maintain comprehensive and secure electronic files of all required business information
Maintain strict confidentiality of documents and communication at all times
Must have an energetic, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to tackle any task
Liaising with teams across the organization
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confidentiality and integrity are a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Honest, trustworthy and dynamic personality
Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently
Worked with extremely confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Strong and accurate typing 90+ WPM
