Executive Assistant to CEO

Dynamic CEO of NYSE-listed public fortune 200 company has an immediate need for an analyst/assistant to execute a broad range of analytical, administrative, executive support and research functions.The four most important requirements are super-smarts, flexibility, stamina and the ability to concentrate.

  • Take and transcribe notes for C-suite executives
  • Attend all required Executive level leadership calls and meeting, take detailed notes
  • Review, transcribe and draft post meeting/call summaries, ensuring all information is included
  • Maintain comprehensive and secure electronic files of all required business information
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of documents and communication at all times
  • Must have an energetic, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to tackle any task
  • Liaising with teams across the organization
  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and integrity are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Honest, trustworthy and dynamic personality
  • Ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment efficiently
  • Worked with extremely confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Strong and accurate typing 90+ WPM
