We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for South Park Funeral Home and Crematory in Pearland, TX. This position provides customer service for families during their time of need. The successful candidate will have professional communication skills, sales experience, and passion for people.

• Answer customers questions about products, prices and availability
• Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately, including all interment verification procedures
• Answer telephone inquiries about cemetery products and services for both pre-need planning and at need preparations
• Call and confirms all arrival times for that day's memorial services
• Make appointments for families to come to the cemetery for arrangements
