Canvassing Manager

Due to our high demand and extreme growth, Four Seasons Home Products needs a Canvassing Manager to join our elite team. We are looking for a strong and highly driven individual with an internal need to succeed. Ultimately, if you want to make a lot of money and have a great time doing it, Four Seasons is the place for you!

1. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or door-to-door sales and a passion for developing and leading successful teams.
2. Must have an internal need to succeed.
3. Excellent communication skills including persuasive speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
4. An outgoing personality with the “gift of gab” and the ability to “win over.”
5. Ability to work flexible schedules.
6. Capability to manage a team responsibly.
7. Manage time effectively and fulfill quotas.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Must have the physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods; this is a field position that will require you to walk 3-5 miles daily.
10. Be comfortable going door-to-door and interacting with homeowners, and setting appointments.

1. Must be local to the area and know which territory to pick for the best and most qualified appointments for the team.
2. Managing and motivating a team of canvassers, who will generate leads for sunrooms, siding, window, and bathroom projects, set appointments, and drive up the company business.
3. Organize and distribute flyers and advertise the company’s services to homeowners.
4. Report daily to management on the team’s progress.
5. Track the team’s performance against goals and metrics, and hold them accountable for their behavior.
6. Memorize and recite, as well as train your team on the sales script and statements.
7. Demonstrate a working knowledge of our products, services being canvassed – after training.
8. Obtain information, such as the homeowner's contact information, and details of the project, and set an appointment for the in-home demonstration.
