Financial Manager needed near Boston, MA

Expanding law firm looking for a qualified Financial Manager who can take responsibility for all financial matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all bookkeeping functions, such as invoicing and account activity.
  • Preparing, processing, and monitoring payroll, 401K, and firm budget.
  • Facilitating relationships with vendors and banks as a means of managing costs.
  • Procuring Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other monthly close documents.
  • Reviewing and monitoring firm bank accounts, including an IOLTA account.
  • Drafting financial forecasts as a means of assessing profitability and future costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
