Details:

• Pay: $22.00 - $24.25 per hour, based on shift differential.

o 2 nd shift differential: 5%

o 3 rd shift differential: 10%

• Shift openings:

o 1 st shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday

o 2 nd shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday

o 3 rd shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday through Friday



Job Duties:

• Set-up and manage machines to perform at the desired, pre-established specifications.

• Ensure machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

• Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.

• Check machinery on a daily basis to guarantee functionality.

• Record all machine actions by completing production logs.

• Produce High Quality finished goods

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform all other duties as assigned which may become necessary to support departmental/organizational objectives.



Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working on manual machines

• High school diploma or GED

• Troubleshooting experience

• Preferred: Previous experience in Pharma, printing, medical devices, food & beverage

• Must be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.

• Must be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.

• Must be able to lift at times, able to meet yields, volume etc.

• Prior working knowledge in a CPG, manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry desired.

• Understand, follow, and ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adherence to defined procedures.

• Ability to frequently lift/move heavy objects.

• Constant manual dexterity use.

• Required to stand for long period of time.
