SUMMARY:
This position duties include performing the reconciliation of daily/weekly inventory balances, enforcing inventory policies, identifying systematic and operational opportunities, analyzing issues to identify the root cause, and leveraging information to achieve results. This position will work closely with the Inventory Control team, various system testing teams, EDI teams, Outside Warehousing, Transportation, FSQA, Contract Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Sales/Marketing, and others as opportunities arise. The ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement, systematic/operational design, and to develop strong relationships are imperative to the success of this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
Computer Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:
Supervisory: Potential for supervisory responsibility
Travel: Minimal.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college.
- Relevant or equivalent experience may be acceptable.
- College degree required.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience
Computer Skills:
- Requires standard computer skills.
- Proficient systems knowledge to include but not limited to SAP Supply Chain processes including material production, order creation, shipment, receiving, and invoicing in an inventory environment.
- Strong Microsoft Suite with an emphasis in Excel.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:
- Highly organized and focused on attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify underlying issues causing multiple problems.
- Creative thinking skills are critically important.
- Able to communicate technical information to non-technical team members.
Supervisory: Potential for supervisory responsibility
Travel: Minimal.
