**The Role at a Glance:**
This position will perform and deliver on routine and progressively more non-routine assignments for their area of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. You will be responsible for the administration of various loan administration functions for your assigned areas of responsibility while maintaining high quality standards. In addition, you will share general knowledge with your team to build the technical capabilities of their assigned area.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
+ Works overtime as needed.
+ Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.
+ Makes routine & non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines.
+ Applies expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continues to acquire more knowledge to apply in role.
+ Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
+ Processes progressively more non-routine loan administration functions.
+ Performs required OFAC checks utilizing external databases.
+ Prepares and distributes electronic closing packages to correspondents, outside counsel, borrowers, and borrower's counsel.
+ Prepares and schedules outgoing loan closing wires utilizing the appropriate internal/external systems in collaboration with assigned internal team(s).
+ Coordinates the reporting of all journal entries and accounting items for outgoing loan closing wires.
+ Records notes in the loan management system as required.
+ Collaborates with internal legal counsel to prepare loan files for off-site storage.
+ Provides administrative support to mortgage loan closing/servicing managers.
**What we're looking for:**
+ High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience.
+ 3 - 5+ Years of loan administration experience that is directly aligned with the responsibilities of this position.
+ Must be detail oriented.
+ Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment where meeting established deadlines is critical.
+ Strong interpersonal/customer service skills with the ability to create, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
+ Knowledge of CorpSysHome system and Quantum application.
