About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader with demonstrated strength in project management, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity to serve as a Manager on the Strategic Development & Analytics team. This is a high impact position that plays an integral role in transforming the business by developing and managing programs and processes related to new restaurant development and existing restaurant remodels. This position will also provide strategic thought partnership through insight driven analysis. As a key team member in the department, you will lead collaboration amongst cross-functional teams and will be part of the exciting development of restaurant programs that will support Taco Bell's business goals and aggressive growth plan.

The Day-to-Day:

* Strategic development and execution of multiple franchising and development initiatives from concept phase to national rollout
* Independently lead multiple cross-functional teams from a variety of departments including Strategic Development & Analytics, Legal, Architecture & Design, Marketing, Franchise Finance, Operations, and Consumer Insights
* Evaluate financial impact of development opportunities and test concepts (pro forma, break-even, IRR, NPV modeling, returns, impact, recovery) and share results with cross functional partners and senior leaders
* Using consumer research and financial analysis, perform post audit analysis on existing development tools.
* Drive Taco Bell Leadership sponsorship and alignment on key project milestones and decisions
* Create, communicate, and manage detailed project plans that span across multiple partners and stakeholders
* Make recommendations and decisions based on stakeholder financial impact (e.g. ROI, break-even modeling)

Is This You?

* BA or BS Degree; MBA a plus
* 7+ years relevant work experience
* Experience in franchise business helpful
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate with others and interface effectively with all levels of leadership
* Demonstrated success in influencing diverse and cross-functional stakeholders and leading teams for which you do not have direct reporting authority
* Advanced skills in the MS Office Product Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to craft a compelling story
* Ability to synthesize complex data and challenges, develop hypotheses, and create recommendations for testing and implementation; skilled in financial modeling and financial return metrics
* Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to change in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
* Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and desire to have a large impact on the organization
