Provides general nursing care to residents by performing the following duties:
Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
Reviews and evaluates resident's care at various times and adjusts as needed to achieve maximum benefit and communicates changes with other healthcare team members.
Administers, conducts, directs, and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned nursing unit and shift
Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.
Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs, and CNAs on scheduled shift.
Other duties as assigned.
Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
Ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal skills a must
Ability to organize and prioritize is necessary
Ability to engage others and handle conflicts resulting in a positive outcome
Strong leadership skills needed
