Administrative Assistant Customer Service
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative clerical function to include; managing calendars, organizing meetings, scheduling meeting rooms, and event planning. You will also be responsible for composing memos, assisting in meetings and taking revelant notes.
As an Administrative Assistant you must have at least 6 months experience in a similar role. You must have strong computer skills. We are looking for someone that has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Additional requirements for the Administrative Assistant will include:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Clerical/Data Entry Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- MS office suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent written communication
- Desire to advance and grow within an organization
