Responsible for managing customer orders, deliveries and forecast deliverables. Ability to exercise good judgment and manage communication follow through with customer and SMC Management with regard to matters which may affect the business partnerships as a whole. Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures following pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Monitor daily delivery schedules in order to communicate potential delays to meeting customer acknowledged requests. Customer’s single point of contact for escalation. Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure satisfied resolution. Required to attend occasional meetings involving transfer of product from NPD to Commercial stage.
