**Job Description**

Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation.

Looking for a **Product Manager** who is detail and quality-oriented with expertise in Microsoft planning tools, Microsoft cloud, Microsoft Office interoperability, and UMT 360. The product manager owns and manages the product through the duration of the product life cycle. Some key responsibilities include the following:

+ Drive key product artifacts such as vision, roadmap, and metrics.

+ Influence and work with various business and IT stakeholders and manage expectations.

+ Translate business requirements from stakeholders and/or a prototype.

+ Conduct client assessments and demos of current products.

+ Ensure product meets the needs of the business stakeholders.

+ Deliver value for the business units you support, outcomes that realize tangible benefits (risk avoidance, cost avoidance, etc.)

+ Close the product learning loop by actively gathering and validating customer feedback, usage and needs and managing a prioritized product backlog.

+ Plan and manage product market engagement, rollout, and adoption strategies.

+ Work with the team in required agile or waterfall processes.

+ Define and drive adoption of the most valuable solutions (both customer facing & "behind the scene" platform enhancements).

+ Create and/or oversee product deliverables (e.g., epics, stories, requirements, testing, etc.).

+ Manage escalations, issues, risks, and dependencies.

+ Identify potential new opportunities.

+ Contribute to building a global product management competency and spread the adoption of best practices.

+ Lead and coach other Product Owners and Solution Owners as applicable.

**Education Minimum Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's degree in preferably computer science or similar required

**Required Experience and Skills:**

+ 6+ years of experience in the product/project management of a Microsoft Project Planning like Project Server or Project Online

+ 6+ years of experience with a portfolio management tool like UMT360

+ 3+ years of experience with Power Apps / Project Accelerator and Model Driven Apps

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$107,600.00 - $169,400.00

Available benefits include bonus eligibility, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
