A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. Youll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwCs brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Youll work with sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge, and/or proven record of success in roles contributing to the development of services and products supporting firm sales and marketing goals, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Building a common vision and gain alignment to stand up a new service and products network through tactics and actions plans;

  • Managing a team creating solutions and insights with fluidity, professionalism and maturity;

  • Demonstrating ability to learn quickly and operate in a high paced environment in which subject matter expertise, analytic tradecraft and global acumen are necessary ingredients for mission success;

  • Seeking opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments;

  • Encouraging collaborative team discussions to surface innovative ideas;

  • Gathering diverse stakeholder needs and developing them into approved strategies and plans aligned with firm goals and execute according to plan;

  • Exhibiting leadership, including relationship management, teaming, coaching, facilitation and decision-making;

  • Collaborating with relevant business units and senior leaders to gather the appropriate resources, knowledge and skills for successful execution, including problem solving to simplify processes and accelerate access to information;

  • Providing coaching, feedback, and developmental insights to sales enablement and client experience staff;
