Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Social Worker in the Early Intervention program at Behavioral Health Network! Clinical Social Workers provide high quality intervention services to families and their children.

Clinical Social Workers demonstrate knowledge and application of infant/toddler development. Counselors will provide Service Coordination, complete Individualized Family Service Plans, and provide play based therapy to children in their homes.

The Early Intervention Program at Behavioral Health Network serves children between the ages of birth and three years of age for whom there are developmental concerns due to identified disabilities, or whose typical development is at risk due to certain birth or environmental factors.

Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.



Clinical Social Workers at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

  • Master's Degree in social work from an accredited program.
    Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Massachusetts Registry of Social Work.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families.
  • Must be well organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Broad knowledge of mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities and/or treatment techniques.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car available for working hours.
