With a primary focus of provisioning and shipping telecommunication devices to new and existing customers, the Technical Support rep is responsible for ensuring product is configured, tested and shipped in a timely manner to our customer base. This position will be responsible for testing features and functionality in new firmware builds, flashing routers, quality assurance testing of product, packaging and shipping devices. In addition, this position will assist with our technical services team by answering inbound technical support calls, assisting clients with integrating routers and networking devices into existing infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Sonic Wall, Fortinet), and responding to customer questions about product features and technical support.
Performs transactional functions in current tracking systems and online shipping systems. Must maintain extremely close attention to detail and be able to communicate simply and effectively with customer and vendor base. Answering inbound technical support calls on wide variety of 3G and 4G routers. Work efficiently and proactively, stay organized and go above and beyond daily to keep our customers happy. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of the request and transaction and completes the transaction accordingly.
