Job Description

Ultimate Staffing has a client that is growing and in immediate need for Customer Service Reps to fill their growing call center seats! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and stable company. This is a full time Customer Service position in a call center, previous customer service and call center experience is required. The ability to multitask, prioritize duties and have very strong attention to detail.
 
Duties are as follows but not limited to:

- Handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Data Entry of information into system with high level of accuracy
- Manage messages left from afterhours mail boxes
- Call out to inquiries through messages and online application
- Manage client accounts and support in technical issues
- Resolve any client and customer inquirers and complaints in a timely manner
- Update internal database while fielding calls from customers and/or clients
- Track and update customer and client accounts in internal system
- Answer pertinent questions as best to your ability to service the caller
- Ability to troubleshoot and transfer calls as needed

 
Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service setting, call center preferred
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Good customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and Data Entry skills

Job Requirements
