Description:Territory Sales ManagerPacific Specialty is a 45 year old family owned, national property & casualty insurance company that operates on an admitted basis in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Through its affiliated general agent, McGraw Insurance Services, Pacific Specialty markets over 25 products, and is recognized as a leader in providing insurance markets to independent producers and select business partners. We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a growing company that offers a great working environment and excellent benefits package.Job Description:Responsibilities include: Manage assigned agencies/partners to promote positive growth, retention, and loss ratio. This will be accomplished via field visits and telephone. Communicate product and procedure changes to producers. Train producers on our website functionality and products. Support producer inquiries and assist with quote/bind issues. Use report data to formulate comprehensive plan to grow assigned agencies/partners.Requirements:Job Qualifications/Requirements
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, demonstrate initiative and good judgment.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Work in a fast paced environment.
• Active listening and good oral/written communication skills.
• Must possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power-Point.
• Must have a good attendance record and be punctual.
• Allstate, Farmers, and Independent agency experience highly desired.
• Minimum travel required – Local and Out-of-State.
• Highly energetic and analytical skills desired.
• Ability to use report data to drive positive results in agency growth, retention, and loss ratio.
• A current CT P&C insurance license is preferred.Benefits:
