We are currently searching for a professional Executive Administrative Assistant for a company near our branch. The ideal Executive Administrative Assistant will handle travel arrangements, events, will work with high profile clients and provide general support. This person will also have a strong attention to detail, flexible to work different hours and overtime as needed, travel as needed, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and also excellent oral and written communication skills. This person will also be tech-savvy for organizing, managing calendars, working with MacBook and mobile apps daily while supporting the owner. The salary is up to $70,000 a year. Main duty: Assist the Global Team VP of Global Marketing, Director of Global Events, Director of Artist Relations & Influencers, other Executives in Japan.
Book domestic/international travel, assist with visas, prepare expense reports.
Communicate and liaise with, and assist artists & influencers with booking, scheduling, etc.
Travel locally/domestically to trade shows as needed
Various other admin support as needed
Bilingual in ANY language is a plus, Japanese is desired. **The hiring manager believes this helps with cultural sensitivity.
