Product Manager with Security Clearance
Communicate across both technical and business teams.
Ensure that Platform and Tier 3 Production Support results are achieved in a timely and effective manner.
Develop, monitor, and continuously improve Platform and Tier 3 Production Support processes and guidance.
Identify customer needs and the larger business objectives for Platform and Tier 3 Production Support.
Define what success looks like for Platform and Tier 3 Production Support activities.
Help shape the Platform and Tier 3 Production Support vision, steps needed to turn that into a reality, and align stakeholders behind that vision.
Understand and represent user needs.
Understand historical ticketing trends to identify opportunities for eliminating repeat incidents and to reduce ticket volumes for defects and production data changes.
Aid customer product owners in prioritizing Tier 3 production support requests, root cause analysis and remediation, and deployment of production data changes.
Empower teams to make decisions independently.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's Degree and at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience working as a product manager or business analyst.
Experience analyzing feedback from clients, quantitative analytics data, research reports, market trends and statistics to shape the product vision.
Experience serving as an advocate for the user.
Experience unifying input from the business, technology, and user experience perspectives.
Experience working in an agile environment and working collaboratively with integrated development teams.
Experience in capabilities planning, strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
Experience analyzing user data to determine the extent to which the product is meeting user needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice To Have Qualifications Experience working as a product manager or business analyst in an operations and maintenance environment (i.e., Service Desk (Tier 1/2), Tier 3, Platform management, and other direct user support activities
Experience working in an agile operations and maintenance environment and working collaboratively with integrated development teams.
Experience developing, maintaining, and using ITIL service operations processes and methodologies.
