Job Details
In the position of veterinary client service representative, one would be working directly with clients and their pets, communicating with clients and coworkers, answering phones, and providing exceptional client and pet care.
Cross-training in our boarding facility is required.
- Can answer phones and communicate effectively with clients
- Learns and understands medical terminology and procedures
- Keeps track of and manages an appointment schedule
- Keeps track of patient details accurately and concisely
- Provides compassionate, high-quality care to all clients
- Constantly evaluates, prioritizes, and completes tasks by importance
- Presents treatment plans, explaining costs, and answering client questions
- Can multitask, maintain focus, and be flexible in a fast-paced, emergency room like environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Keeps rooms and lobby clean throughout the work-day
- Able to complete other tasks as directe
