Customer Service Associate
Our client, a growing advertising startup is seeking a hardworking, detail oriented, and friendly Customer Service Associate to join their growing team. If you want to work for a company with room for growth then this is the place for you!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate must be articulate and passionate about helping customers with their needs. The Customer Service Associate must be a quick thinker with a can do attitude. The ideal candidate must have at least one year experience in a related field. The individual must have excellent communication skills. This position is a stepping stone to open new doors within the company.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Will directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Set up the showroom for clients
- Follow up on orders and answer product knowledge questions
- Provide the ultimate customer experience
- Go above and beyond to provide an unimagined experience
Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
- Must have customer service experience
- A retail background or 1 to 2 years at a startup is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Zendesk and Slack
- Need to be systems savvy
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills
- Positive attitude is extremely important
- Flexibility to help out in anyway
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
