The Role

Palantir Technologies seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support our rapidly growing Sales team. In this role, you will partner with Palantir's Sales leadership team to manage a wide breadth of systems and processes that support our expanding sales efforts. You will also be required to drive improvements and updates to these systems and processes based on project flow and team needs.

As part of the Sales Operations team, you will be entrusted with driving deliverables that are critical to the success of our commercial business.


Core Responsibilities
  • Work with Palantir’s Sales leadership team to build CRM effectiveness and establish new systems and processes to support a rapidly growing Sales team.
  • Drive CRM and other Sales Tools compliance and data quality.
  • Support managing requests and inquiries from sellers on sales processes for CRM and other sales tools, in partnership with our specialist Sales Tools team.
  • Manage and maintain existing suite of dashboards to ensure quality and accuracy of reporting, and build new dashboards as required to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Influence internal business partner decisions by providing thoughtful insights driven by data and analytics.
  • Identify and support project rollouts for new tools and process changes to increase the efficiency of our Sales organization.

  • An interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn basic software terminology and concepts, in order to best assess and organize technical written content.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, including a willingness to take on different responsibilities as needed.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.
  • 3+ days in office.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $88,000 - $120,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
