Bookkeeper and Office Manager: Have fun, no office politics, be organized! $50K to $60K Salary

If you are the type of person who can work independently with terrific attention to detail, have a keen sense of humor, are highly self motivated, always making a point of learning new things and moderately type A to get things done without oversight, then you are going to thrive here.

You will be successful in this position if you can manage AP, AR and bookkeeping for about 100 new subscriptions per month: about 5 per day.  In addition you will need to answer about 15 emails per day regarding subscriptions and order status, and make sure the office keeps humming smoothly.

You should also enjoy interacting with amazing customers and have a natural ability for eloquent communication.

You will work closely with our CEO, CFO, sales team and the wonderful peeps in the Customer Happiness team.

For this position you will work daily at our office in SF using/managing:

  • Online Quickbooks
  • ​Zuora
  • ​Bill.com
  • GSuite (Google Suite for email, calendars, etc.)
  • RingCentral
  • ​Company's Intranet
  • ​Other systems as needed

We are open to having someone earlier in their career and are here to provide the needed training and guidance as needed. A successful person would have 2 years experience and Associate Degree in Accounting or 4 years as a full charge bookkeeper experience to draw from.
