Job: Program Manager

Plan, prioritize, and coordinate program management functions from inception through completion.

1. Manage and coordinate problem solving.
2. Coordinate part and material procurement.
3. Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
4. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
5. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached.
6. Manage budget, ETC/EACs, program risks, and funding channels for maximum productivity.
7. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established schedules, business goals, and objectives.
8. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
9. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
10. Support business development growth opportunities.
11. Primary customer interface.

Requirements:

1. BS in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Understand system block diagrams and schematics.
3. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
4. 2 years of experience in an engineering or management capacity.
5. Experience in defense and space industries is a plus.
6. Fluent in MS Office.
7. Self-starter and willing to learn.
8. Responsible for managing contract requirements such as technical, schedule, and costs.
9. College level may be considered as a junior level entry, depending on knowledge and experiences.
