Purpose of the Job:

Provide direct support, development, and maintenance in different modules (SD, PP, QM) of the company's SAP and related systems. The jobholder contributes to improvements in existing standards and procedures.

• Commit to learning and practicing INEOS 20 Principles of Process & Behavioral Safety.


• Analyze business issues and identify solutions for operational improvements.


• Support developing and sharing best practices within the local organization.


• Assist/implement improvement projects for the US organization.


• Document processes and provide training to users.


• Coordinate and actively participate in all stages of project development.


• Support users in their daily activities and assist with user training development.


• Work closely with the European SAP Business Analysts to maintain alignment and standardization.

Level of Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or minimum 10 years of experience in SAP.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and commercial environment.


• Modules: SD, MM, PP. Knowledge of FI, CO, and QM is a plus.


• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Commercial and Supply Chain Business processes.


• Ability to work with MS-Office and SAP IT tools efficiently.

Behavioral Skills:

• Self-motivated, results-driven individual.


• Team player with strong organizational skills.


• Highly numerate and analytical with excellent communication skills.
