Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: 8 hour shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm (M-F) (Start times vary between 8:00am - 12:00pm, will be set schedule once start)
Location: Westborough MA 01581
Length: 3 month contract-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients, customers, brokers, and merchants in a call center environment
  • Answer questions about checking, debit card, ACH and bill payment transaction services
  • Communicate professional and effectively with various departments
  • Work with check fraud, adjustments, debit card disputes and fraud investigation
  • Provide quality customer service and support  Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Enter information in a computerized database.
  • Communicate any problems or issues to management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a call center preferred but not required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and courteous manner when communicating with internal and external customers
  • Uphold all ethical standards and conducts
  • Make decisions within well-defined parameters
  • Effectively prioritize with a high-pressure, high-volume environment
  • Basic PC Skills
  • Able to pass a background check
