Digital Marketing Executive
Description: Our client, a fine jewelry company is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive. This position is onsite in New York City.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to manage existing wholesale customer accounts.
You will handle relationships with existing buying teams from established customers.
You will manage orders placed and follow-up through the production and shipping process.
You are extremely organized, communicate well and enjoy the challenges of being a luxury goods sales executive.
Responsibilities
l Partner with the Senior Account Manager to help oversee online product images, and published copy.
l Manage online orders placed and follow-up through the production and shipping process.
l Partner with senior account executive and help oversee and coordinate sales strategy as well as seasonal marketing projects.
l Use corporate software and spreadsheets, e-mails and other technology to keep organized and communicate well with customers and co-workers
Requirements
l 1-3 years’ experience in digital Sales or similar position.
l Proficient in Excel, Word.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
l BA or BS degree preferred
l Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment while being proactive, motivated, dedicated, and able to take initiative.
l Ability to work within strict deadlines.
l Self-motivated and team-oriented.
l Previous experience in fine jewelry or other luxury goods sales is a plus!
