HR College Relations Coordinator
Mastech Digital is an IT Staffing and Digital Transformation Services company.
Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a HR College Relations Coordinator/HR Coordinator for our client in the Pharmaceutical domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract + extension
Location: San Diego, CA (Must be onsite 4 days per week)
Salary: $26.00 to $28.00/Hourly
Role: HR College Relations Coordinator/HR Coordinator
Primary Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Role Description: The HR College Relations Coordinator/HR Coordinator must have at least 2+ years of experience. The College Relations Coordinator will be instrumental in providing administrative support, cultivating and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities, and scheduling the programs to attract top talent.
This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a passion for talent acquisition. You must have a proven track record in college programs, university recruiting, or talent acquisition coordination, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key colleges and universities.
- Coordinate and execute on-campus recruitment initiatives, including job fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Provide support to internship, co-op, and graduate rotation programs, including recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding, and program events.
Education: Highschool Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: No
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
