Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Admin to join their dynamic company.
Position Overview: The Receptionist/Front Desk admin will be the first point of contact upon visitors arriving into the office. They will be responsible for giving visitors and guests directions to various parts of the office, notifying employees upon visitor arrivals and answering phones.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Front Desk Admin:
- Answer phones in a professional manner and transferring calls as necessary
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting and training rooms
- Data Entry for different departments
Qualifications for the Receptionist / Front Desk Admin:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Receptionist role
- Bachelor's Degree
