Description

Job Summary:
This position's primary function is to support the service department by overseeing the warranty RMA process from start to disposal, completing HO requests for needed information on previous claims, and acting as a backup for our call center on a limited basis. Other duties may include writing service bulletins, kit installation instructions, assisting with machine modifications, and gathering information for possible field issues.
Essential Functions:
1. Manage all functions regarding RMA process for warranty claims.
2. Complete all request for additional information from HO as accurately and quickly as possible.
3. Document RMA issues and solutions as needed for future reference.
4. Manage DPF cleaning program.
5. Monitor and track Deutz Serdia interface registration.
6. Support the writing of technical service bulletins which are needed to support our products as directed by the National Service Manager
7. Will be required to assist in collecting and providing vendors with requested information to conclude claims.
8. Manage disposal process for RMA area to maintain a clean and organized area.
9. May be required to assist other departments on a limited basis as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to work well with others and handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
•Strong attendance history.
•Proficiency in computers with a basic to intermediate understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
•Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
•Capability to execute and complete required task with little or no supervision.
•Valid driver's license.
•Position is based out of the Pendergrass, Georgia office.
•Strong attention to detail when performing tasks.
•Working knowledge of MS Office software.
