Office Coordinator Duties
Managing the front desk
Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
Managing the common areas including the kitchen, bathrooms etc.
Emptying the dishwasher and cleaning kitchen upon arrival in the morning
Handling replenishments for the office, kitchen and bathroom
Speaking and coordinating with any office related external companies, cleaners, building management etc.
Manage the conference room schedule and oversee the calendar.
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
Assist in preparing information and research materials.
Sort and manage files.
Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers for the office
Manage databases and input information, data, and records
Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms
Handling the phone company queries, telco experts and handling any issues with them.

- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication skills
