A growing NYC construction firm is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team. This person will sit on a team and assist the Project Managers with overall administration of construction projects. This position is remote and on site.
Responsibilities for the role are:
Producing and tracking, purchase orders, change orders and RFI's utilizing Procore Project
Tracking project costs within Unity Job Track Sheets and Project Profit Analysis Sheets
Preparing permit applications, job track sheets and projected profit analysis forms
Assisting in developing and growing relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Maintaining jobs information in Procore Project Management
Processing submittals through the entire progression
Processing and tracking RFI's
Contacting subcontractors as needed to expedite submittals, bids, change orders, billings etc.
Attending jobsite meetings
Ordering certain project materials such as, projection screens, fire extinguishers, signage and
other specialty items
Distributing revised or amended plans to subcontractors
Distributing punch lists to subcontractors and following up with foreman and subs to ensure
completion of punch list items
Preparing closeout materials for completed jobs
